Clearwell Castle

Clearwell Castle is a really impressive venue.

The rooms inside are really nicely appointed and once again, this venue is a little bit of a photographers dream.

The Bridal Suite is massive and really well appointed, with huge windows, which are perfect for available light photographs.

I’m afraid the Registrars in this district are really uptight about photography and the ceremony room is huge. This does make getting some photographs during the service a little awkward, but we managed quite well last time, from the back of the room using a zoom lens and tripod!

After the service, it’s all out for a group shot on the stairs. After that, the bridal party can take a walk up the drive for a few formal groups, with Clearwell as the background.

After this of course, it’s around the grounds for the Bride and Groom, to take in the fantastic grounds.

In bad weather, we can take some beautiful shots in the library, which is large enough to do groups of up to 20 people.

Please note, although we are more than happy (would love) to cover Clearwell Castle, you will have to pay additional costs for travel and possibly, overnight stay, depending on the coverage you book.
